FINANCING-

  1. Find a property you are interested in, you will then be taken to a quick customer form. From there you will be taken to a checkout page and can pay the down payment on our site (all payments on the site are done and secured through PayPal but we also accept other forms of payment).

  2. Once paid we will contact you within 24 hours and send you a Sale Agreement, Promissory Note, and an optional ACH form to sign and return by email. (All signing is done online using “DocuSign”)

  3. After the documents are signed and returned we will email you a copy with our signature so you have proof of transaction. The first monthly payment would then be due on the 1st of the month and following each 1st of the month after until paid off. These payments can be set up as automatic payments or sent out by email monthly through square.com or paypal.com

  4. Once the property is paid off the deed will be prepared, notarized and recorded with the county and mailed to you

CASH-

  1. 1. Find a property you are interested in and pay the purchase price (Payment will be secured through paypal on our website)

    2. Once paid we will send you a sale agreement to sign and send back through “Docusign”

    3. Once we receive the contract we will go ahead and transfer the deed and we will record the deed with the county and mail to you certified (this process can take up to 2 weeks, we will keep you updated throughout the process)
